XHT-BDZ has a very high viscosity and due to this makes it ideal for the application of lubing stabiliser wires where one would traditionally use dielectric grease.
For best results we suggest that you apply a relatively thick but even coating on your wire ends where they would come into contact with the stabiliser housing. We recomend against attempting to use this product to lube the housings of the stabilisers. Due to its high viscosity and tackiness, this will likey lead to your stabilisers feeling sluggish and may even lead to them not return entirely. For lubing stabiliser housings we still recomend Krytox 205g0.
Krytox XHT (Extra High Temperature) lubricants are made from DuPont's proprietary fluoropolymer base oils and high-performance thickeners. As with all Krytox lubricants, these products provide excellent lubrication properties and are chemically inert, thermally stable, non-flammable, and non-volatile, making Krytox oils and greases the most robust family of lubricants available.
Grease can not be cleaned with soap and water and is resistant to many solvents. Although the grease is chemically stable and non-hazardous please wear gloves and place a protective layer of drop-plastic below any working surface. Spills are difficult to clean, and the grease will transfer from an operators hands to any surface they may touch. Please clean up any accidents with a microfiber cloth.
